Terms of Service

01Who May Use the Service

The Service is available exclusively to individuals who are at least 18 years old, or who have reached the minimum age required by the laws of their jurisdiction, whichever is higher. Persons below this threshold are strictly prohibited from using the Service.

If you are 18 or older but have not yet reached the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the active involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use of the Service.

02The Service and the License We Grant

reels.pink is an AI-powered web platform that lets you create video content from the materials and prompts you provide. All components of the Service, including software, AI models, algorithms, interfaces, designs, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. The one exception is User Content as defined in the next section, which remains yours.

Provided you comply with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

No rights are granted beyond those expressly stated in these Terms. Any unauthorized use may lead to termination of your access and may give rise to legal liability.

03Your Content and AI-Generated Output

Ownership

You keep full ownership of the videos, images, text, and other materials you upload or submit to the Service ("User Content"), subject to the limited licenses described below.

How the Platform Works

The Service operates through pre-set, curated creative templates and workflows. It is not a social network or a content-sharing platform. Generated results may be downloaded for your personal use only; publishing or sharing content with other users through the Service is not supported.

License You Give Us

By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and temporarily store that content, solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and improving the Service. We do not use your User Content to train machine learning models unless you give us your explicit consent, as explained further in our Privacy Policy.

Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for everything you submit, and you represent and warrant that you hold all rights and permissions needed to submit it and to use the Service with it.

Limitations of AI Output

Results produced by AI are generated automatically and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unexpected outcomes. Output may also not be unique and could resemble results generated for other users. You should independently verify any output before relying on it.

The Service does not provide professional, legal, medical, or regulated advice. You agree not to rely on any output for decisions that require professional judgment, and you use all outputs at your own risk.

04Acceptable Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Violating any applicable law, regulation, or court order;
• Uploading, generating, or processing content that is illegal, abusive, obscene, hateful, violent, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise contrary to these Terms;
• Infringing the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person or entity;
• Attempting to bypass, disable, or interfere with the Service's security systems or usage limits;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code or underlying AI models, except where expressly permitted by law;
• Using bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to harvest data from the Service without our prior written permission;
• Uploading malware or harmful code, or using the Service to transmit spam;
• Sharing your account credentials or allowing unauthorized access through your account;
• Engaging in any other conduct that violates applicable law or relevant platform standards.

05Child Safety Commitment

Zero-Tolerance Policy

We maintain an absolute zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and any form of child exploitation. Using our AI tools to generate, edit, process, or distribute any content that sexualizes minors, whether real, fictional, generated, implied, or suggested, is strictly forbidden.

By using the Service, you agree that:

• Prohibited content. You will never use the Service to input, create, or output material that depicts children in a sexualized way or relates to child exploitation or endangerment.
• No external distribution. Creating CSAM through our tools for storage or distribution elsewhere also violates these Terms and applicable law.

Technical Safeguards

Child safety is built into the platform at multiple levels:

• Curated templates and workflows. The Service runs on pre-set, tested creative flows designed to prevent the generation of content involving minors in harmful scenarios. This is not an open-ended, unrestricted generation platform.
• AI partner safety filters. We work with leading AI providers and rely on their built-in content moderation systems to automatically detect, block, and refuse inputs that violate child safety standards.
• Automated safety signals. Automated checks may run during upload, processing, and generation. Suspected CSAM activity may trigger enforcement action and mandatory reporting to NCMEC and/or law enforcement as required by law.
• Permanent bans. Any user found attempting to misuse, jailbreak, or circumvent our safety systems to generate prohibited content will be permanently banned without notice.

06Paid Services and Billing

Purchase Types

The Service may offer:

• Auto-renewing subscriptions that grant ongoing access to features or usage allowances; and
• One-time or consumable purchases, such as usage credits.

All payments are processed by our designated payment processors. Prices, billing intervals, and available offerings may vary by region and are always disclosed at checkout.

Subscription Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from the account settings page.

Refund Requests

Refund requests must be submitted to our support team at support@reels.pink. Each request is reviewed individually. Please include the email address linked to your account, the order details, and the reason for your request.

We may, at our sole discretion, restore credits to your account in certain circumstances, such as safety enforcement or technical errors. Such restorations carry no monetary value, are non-transferable, and do not constitute a cash refund.

No Partial Refunds; Consumables Are Final

Unless required by applicable law, consumable purchases such as credits or usage allowances are final and non-refundable once completed, including any unused balance. Fees for a current subscription billing period are generally non-refundable, and we do not issue partial refunds or credits for unused time within an already-started billing period.

Account Deletion and Forfeiture

You may delete your account at any time from the account settings page. Upon deletion, all unused assets, including active subscriptions and any remaining credit balance, are permanently forfeited and cannot be refunded, except as required by applicable law. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.

07Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains in detail how we collect, store, use, and protect your personal data.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, your data protection rights under the GDPR include access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability.

If you are a resident of California, your rights under the CCPA/CPRA include the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of certain data practices.

To exercise any applicable right, please follow the process described in our Privacy Policy. We will respond in accordance with the law.

08Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any output will meet your requirements or expectations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100, unless otherwise required by law.

09Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if continued access creates legal or regulatory risk for us.

Upon termination, all licenses granted under these Terms immediately cease, and you must stop using the Service entirely.

10Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time, including to reflect changes in the Service, technology, applicable law, or our business practices. Where required, we will notify you of material changes through the Service or by other reasonable means. Updated Terms take effect upon posting unless otherwise stated, and continuing to use the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance.

We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you to the extent permitted by law.

11Governing Law

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising from or relating to them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which the operator of the Service is established, without reference to conflict-of-law rules that would require the application of the laws of another jurisdiction.

To the extent not superseded by the arbitration agreement in Section 12, any dispute that proceeds to court shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise or grants you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the mandatory laws of the country in which you are resident.

12Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Informal Resolution First

Before initiating any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us at support@reels.pink and give us a reasonable opportunity — at least 30 days — to resolve the dispute informally. Most concerns can be resolved quickly this way.

Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you and we agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court. This includes disputes about the validity, enforceability, or scope of this arbitration agreement itself.

Arbitration shall be conducted by a recognized arbitration institution under its applicable rules, before a single arbitrator. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

No Class Actions

You and we each agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any class or representative proceeding.

Exceptions

Either party may seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration. Nothing in this section prevents you from filing a complaint with a regulatory authority or exercising any right you hold under mandatory consumer protection law that cannot be waived by contract.

Opt-Out

If you do not wish to be bound by this arbitration agreement, you may opt out by sending written notice to support@reels.pink within 30 days of first agreeing to these Terms. Your opt-out notice must include your name and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.
