04Your Generated Content and Visual Data

How Visual Data Is Used

The Service processes the visual content you upload, which may include faces or identifiable people, to generate AI-based output. This may involve automated analysis of visual features, such as face detection, strictly for the purpose of producing the result you requested. Any facial information derived during this process is anonymized and confined to the technical operation of the Service.

What We Do Not Do

We never use facial information for identity verification, authentication, surveillance, or tracking. We do not create or retain biometric identifiers or biometric templates derived from your images or videos.

Retention of Visual Data

Uploaded materials and any derived analysis data are processed temporarily and deleted once the requested output has been delivered. No analysis data is stored beyond the immediate processing task.

Restrictions on Use

We do not sell, rent, or share your uploaded materials with third parties for their own purposes, and we do not use your uploaded content to train machine learning models without your explicit consent.

Content Safety

Automated safety measures help us detect and prevent content that violates our Terms of Service. Result pages include a visible Report button so users can flag objectionable content. If a generation request is blocked by our safety systems, you may receive an in-app notice and, where applicable, restoration of the credits used for that request.
